Energon Solutions Private Limited was established in Nov 2020, in the industrial area of Nashik, for manufacturing VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) batteries for industrial application and Motorcycle for SLI (Starting, Lighting & Ignition) applications. Energon has established a world-class manufacturing facility to meet the market requirements for standby applications such as UPS for various use cases, SLI applications for Motorcycles in India, in the replacement market.
The plant is certified for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 by IRCLASS.
The total capacity of the facility is to manufacture 25,00,000 VRLA batteries per annum.
VRLA batteries are also referred to as “sealed maintenance-free” batteries because there’s practically no spillage of acid during operation, making it a eco-friendly product. The products, processes and manufacturing controls have been designed by a team of experts that have several years of experience in the battery industry, to ensure the best product and safety practices are followed for SHE. The organization has created structures for systematic supplier approval process, manufacturing process control, for achieving consistent quality and extremely high product reliability.
We have installed and commissioned infrastructure to meet all statutory and regulatory requirements adhering to all the requisite compliances. Energon has also set up state of the art infrastructure to manufacture high-quality batteries consistently for various OEMs under a contract manufacturing setup.
